Orders will ship between 3-5 business days from being purchased. We ship using UPS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or have any concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our very best to find a resolution and take care of you!

FoodStorage.com Return Policy
Customers may return our products within forty-five (45) days from the date of original purchase and receive a full refund upon receipt. All returned product must be received back in “New”, unused condition and shipped to us in its original box. If the product does not arrive in such manner, FoodStorage.com reserves the right to apply a 15% restock fee that will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs associated with all returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return falls under the following condition:
Damaged and/or Defective Product
Products that are damaged or defective must be returned within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date. We will provide a full refund of the product purchase price once the return has been received or ship a replacement without any additional charges. Damaged or defective returns must be shipped back in the original shipping box and product must remain unused. FoodStorage.com will cover the return shipping expenses on items that fall under this condition. To return a damaged or defective product, follow the return procedure below.
Once all returned product is received, we will refund your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit card, we will have your refund credited back to the same credit card account used.
If original orders are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, FoodStorage.com reserves the right to refund the customer minus the cost of shipping. FoodStorage.com will apply an additional 15% restocking fee to the order.
To return purchased product, simply contact our Customer Support Professionals at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-492-8050 to receive direction on the return process. We will assign a Return Authorization Number that will correspond with your order.
No returned product can be accepted nor can a refund be provided without contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number.
